Shipping

Shipping charges of all our products will be calculated at the time of dispatch.

We shall dispatch orders within 7 business days of order placement, and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3–12 business days depending on the delivery location within India.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may exceed our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of the delivery address, we may contact you on your email ID or phone number provided at the time of placing the order.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Fiber Kraft Pots is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Fiber Kraft Pots. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for reasons outside the control of Fiber Kraft Pots, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or force majeure events, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us.

Returns

We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.

If the product is received in a damaged state, and the same is brought to our notice within 24 hours, along with supporting images of the damaged product, we will arrange a return or exchange.

After 24 hours have passed, we will not be able to return or exchange the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Currency Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Our business hours are 8 am to 10 pm IST, 7 Days a Week.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3–10 business days. In case an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to set up an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

Care Instructions

If the product is damaged or affected due to improper or reckless use, or disregard of care instructions, we assume no liability for the damage or shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Measurements / Dimensions

Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only and may slightly vary in the actual product delivered.

If we notice that the planters are bought for purposes like copying, reselling, etc., we reserve the right to cancel your order without any explanation.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore Jurisdiction only. Bangalore is located in the State of Karnataka, India.
